Return & Exchange Policy

Nthng Prsnl values customer loyalty and provides a merchandise exchange for any items that are unworn and unwashed within at least seven days after purchase. Please indicate your request number and the item(s) you intend to return when contacting our client service team to begin a return. Everything should be in its proper place with all labels attached. Discounts will be applied to the initial installment type. To cover costs, transportation and shipping are not refundable. We do not accept returns or swaps for specific offer items. Please get in touch with our customer service team within five days of receiving your order if you received a damaged or subpar item in order to arrange for a refund or exchange. Please take note that we do not cover the cost of return delivery if that is not too much difficulty. The client is responsible for sending the item to us. Any return that does not agree to our merchandise exchange is subject to our full right to reject it.
